HOLIDAY PACKAGE

Again an Innovative Idea !!!

Your company buys “Holiday Vouchers” and gifts them to your esteemed customers. This voucher can be utilized as soon as it is handed over to the customer by your company; however, the recipient is to plan his holidays and needs to make a request for reservation with us as per the terms mentioned therein. The voucher has a usage period of six months from the month of purchase and the date of expiry shall be mentioned on the Booking Form. The voucher would carry the name and product related details of your company clearly conveying to the customer that the Holiday Package gifted to him, courtesy your company.
Logistics
  • Perceive Value of the package is approx. Rs.4000/- to Rs.6000/-
  • Couple (or two persons) and two children upto eight years entitled for a double-bedded accommodation on twin sharing basis.
  • Customer can plan his Holidays very easily (Valid for 6 Months)
  • Processing Charges (Rs.599/- only) are payable by the customer at the time of booking. It includes Handling Charges, Courier Charges, Luxury Tax and All Other Charges.
  • All confirmations are subject to individual bookings. In this package conference (group) booking is not allowed.
  • No compulsion of food & beverage in the Hotels / Resorts.
  • Packages are to be used only for Gifting Purpose.
The Procedure :

Step 1   >>>>>

Your company buys the Holiday Voucher and gifts them to your esteemed customers / dealers, at the time of making the purchase / fulfillment of the targets. The voucher entitles the recipient to avail an accommodation for 2 Nights 3 Days for a couple, at any one of the 30 selected tourist destinations in India, Nepal and South East Asia.

Step 2   >>>>>

On receipt of the voucher, the recipient needs to fill of the booking form (which is attached along with the voucher) by mentioning the destinations & dates, he / she wishes to stay in. He / She then sends this completed booking form as per the terms to our Central Reservation Office at our office address.

Step 3   >>>>>

On receipt of the booking form, our central reservation office processes the request for reservation according to the choices mentioned in the booking form and issue a Letter of Confirmation to the recipient at least seven days before his requested date.

The recipient enjoys a memorable holiday and waits for the similar scheme to come from you always…
